Personalities of people are mosaics of many little pieces, experiences, multilayer silts and sediments. Everything is imprinted in them what we go through, what affects us, things that come to our minds or that we see God knows where. The mosaics grow in volume and variety by contact with the environment and by getting to know it – a little stone here and there, something precious at times, a genuine jewel; and sometimes just trash. But the ingredients don't matter if the results tates good. For me, events like dílna are about encounters, meetings, people... and about new opportunities opening up. And you should live through this great experience directly, get it under your own skin, without the surrounding hissing that is common on second-hand copies. Being there (here?) is an experience because something like Mikulov is bound to leave some imprints in you, and another stone falls into the mosiac (although words like stone and hardening should be used carefully in connection with Mikulov). I don’t know if truth does float in wine somewhere near the bottom but it is easy to come to like it. And then you add the chateau, the Holly Hill, the cafe, austellungen, grapes, cemeteries, the Goat Peak, mikveh, microphones, hospitality, calmness, caligraphy, fossils, White Ladies, wine makers, patrons, the Kapičáks, the Solaříks, the Dietrichsteins, the crocodiles, wackos of all sorts, local and from elsewhere, brushes, penises, wizards... That is the mosaic of Mikulov for me and I will be very happy one day to become a part of it once more. You treated my like I was one of you.

Thanks and tschuss
